The Ale Trail provides an intimate, yet fun party adventure on our 15-person party bus. Each stop offers an experience you just can’t get at the local bar. It’s more than a beer tour, it’s the ultimate craft beer experience. Join us as we taste Wisconsin One Beer at a Time.

The Ale Trail Story

The Ale Trail was created by beer lovers for beer lovers. We’re beer enthusiasts and we think the dairyland has so much to offer in terms of craft beer. That’s why we created the Ale Trail!

Like most beer enthusiasts, we’ve always wanted to take a Saturday and drive around Northeast Wisconsin and tour local breweries. However, there has never been a safe and easy way to do it. Logistically, it was challenging for obvious reasons and nobody wanted to be the designated driver.

After talking about how we wanted to create our own Wisconsin Craft Beer Tours, a friend had suggested turning our party bus company (Wisco Wheeler) into the transportation arm of the Wisconsin Ale Trail. And so begins our story.

We shared the idea with many of our beer-loving friends and naturally, they loved it. After months and months of planning, we’re proud to be the first and only craft beer and brewery tour business in the state.

How It Works?

Choose an experience, pick a date, and book online. It’s just that easy.

We currently offer 3 different regional experiences which include 3-4 breweries of your choice. Most tours are 5 hours long. Extended tours are available upon request.

At each and every destination, guests have the opportunity to customize their beer flight based on each breweries current offerings.

We will work with you group to pre-select the breweries we visit. Brewery availability is subject to change based on hours of operation, capacity, staffing, and seasonality.
